The Supreme Court had elevated the rights of foreigners to be the same as US citizens. As a result, they were allowed to hile outside the Gorelick's Wall and their crimes became federal crimes. If they were not classified as federal crimes, then it would have been easier for the government to catch dealt with them accordingly.

Jamie Gorelick tried to cover absolved herself by writing an OpEd in the Washington Post this weekend. She claimed that she did not write “the wall” that Ashcroft testified at the 9-11 commission. Now here’s Andrew C McCarthy’s reply. Mr McCarthy was a former chief assistant U. S. attorney who led the 1995 terrorism prosecution against the Sheik Omar Abdel Rahman – remember the blind guy who instigated the first World Trade Center bombing? Dear Mr Clarke, May repeat my sincere thanks when you apologize to the families of the 9-11 victims. I saw it and I hope it came from your heart. I am sure that most Americans will agree that those families need help - maybe, perhaps, it would be more meaningful if you you assign all the proceeds of your book to those families. Then the whole country will be very grateful. aconservative

I was doing my normal morning treadmill exercise and at the same time watching the Democrats debate prior to super Tuesday. When asked about Haiti, Candidate Kerry replied “He's late, as usual. This president always makes decisions late after things have happened that could have been different had the president made a different decision earlier.” When pressed to explain his position, he said, “Well, first of all, I never would have allowed it to get out of control the way it did.
